Updated Speech Contest Rulebook

You can now purchase a printed copy or download a free version of the Speech Contest Rulebook, which is effective July 1, 2015–June 30, 2016. Read about the changes.

For New Club Officers

The Club Officer Tools webpage (under Leadership Central) offers a variety of resources to help you become a successful club leader. Log in, and you will find:

  • An overview of each officer role, the Club Leadership Handbook, as well as other important links.
  • The Foundation of Knowledge online learning module, where you can learn about the Distinguished Club Program, the Toastmasters education program and the structure of the organization.
  • Also, be sure to explore Club Central where you can add new members, pay dues and submit education award applications.

Assign Your Club Proxy

This month, club presidents and secretaries will receive proxy information via email for the Annual Business Meeting held at the convention. Toastmasters clubs hold the most important voting power in the organization. Make sure your club collaborates to determine who will carry its vote, which officer and director candidates to vote for and how to vote on Proposal A: Amendments to the Bylaws of Toastmasters International.

For New District Leaders

(Area/Division Directors and Assistants)

Be an informed leader by reviewing the District Leader Tools webpage for useful resources and information. There you will find links for the District Leadership Handbook and the District Recognition Program, which will help you get off to a good start in the new program year.
